With a toy bin absolutely heaped with dog toys, I walk down the hall to find the dogs standing next to each other holding one of my socks that they have pilfered from the bedroom and playing tug????? :rolleyes2:

You have not thought about - why you previously found a sock on the floor :confused2:

    Think you came too soon,
not sure you should have discovered it :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

No matter how much toys, a sock has always been the best -
and with a knot on it can not get any better :biggrin2:

You are right about that, Hanne! Our first three dogs' favorite toy was an old pair of socks knotted together - best thing ever apparently! That was the days when we didn't have a lot of income so we did not have the huge pile of dog toys we now have.

Yeppers! Mom’s scent on her sock is better than any toy we own!

When the grand kids come to the house, we always have to tell them not to leave their socks on the floor. Unless they like their toes sticking out of the ends!

Yes you are right - fun to think back on :wink2:
    - that was actually the first thing I gave the puppy

When the sock was too chewy
there was a new pair with holes in
    that could get a knot.

    Minnie also got a pair,
and was actually her favorite toy until I threw it out :hide
    - she had a big basket of toys
which her mom thinks was more "adult" :rolleyes2:

Now I really have a very bad conscience :((
I have to go into the closet,, with those "lonely socks"
