I got this recipe from a good friend in Alaska. I'm going to make it later today. My dogs love salmon:

    Salmon Crack

    1 jar canned salmon
    2 eggs
    2(ish) cups of flour
    Preheat oven to 350
Put salmon and eggs in bowl
Flake salmon then mix with eggs
Add flour and use hands to combine ingredients
Spread evenly on cookie sheet (be sure to use non-stick spray on the sheet) about 1/4 inch thick.
    Cook for 30(ish) minutes.
Bake less if you want them chewy and longer if you want them crunchy.
    The dogs LOVE them!!

She actually uses hew own canned or jarred salmon that they catch. Since I'm not a fisherman (or woman) I'll just have to make do with Canned.

Well I know what to ask my dad to bring back from his Alaskan fishing trip in a few months!

DH suggested peanut flour. We can't use wheat or rice with Olive and usually use oat or peanut. I think she'd be over the moon for peanut and salmon crac! Probably wouldn't smell bad either.

What ratio of salmon do you use to the amount of flour? I have no idea how many ounces of salmon are in a jar as I've only seen canned salmon.
    Thanks

I just bought a 15 or 16 oz (medium size) can of salmon at Trader Joe. It's a soup sized can.

My dogs will do anything for some of this. ANYTHING!!!

Yes she was tiny. She is now 13.5" I had to change her food as she is too heavy. Hopefully she will slim down pretty quickly. My husband was just too kind and gave both dogs too much food.
