Haven't posted for some time. Family illness etc. FERGY is about half inch short of being as tall as Laddie now and is a little more aggressive than we would like. Most of that being aimed at his older brother. He even has a bark to draw Laddie's attention away from FOOD! That is usually when...

Been awhile! We have actually overcome the NoroVirus I think. FERGY is a jubilant, happy, and almost "Lovey" companion. One of my younger brothers has been fighting various types of cancer for years and is close to being tethered to a lounge chair or bed most of his life now. We take FERGY to...

FERGY will be one year old come December 27. Guess I will have to start a new "Channel" for him. Simply one delightful Sheltie. As I have said before he adores wife and youngest daughter. Mom sits in her lounge chair in the evening knowing she is going to receive a flying bundle in her lap...

Wishing everyone who celebrates THANKSGIVING have a wonderful and Happy Day.

FERGY is becoming a sweet loving adult. His antics are both amusing and "where did he ge that!". Notice: He has the leash connected to Laddie in his mouth. Laddie out-weighs Fergy about 2 to one. FERGY leads him away from the ride-on mower or when we are in the woods cleaning leaves from the...

I almost feel that posting in Puppies forum is out of date for me. lol FERGY is growing into a picture of his dad. Smooth body shape, long and lanky, tall, shiny hair, curly hair, and growing an almost complete bristling white collar. Turning into a more loving pup especially for wife, he mostly...

Oh MY! FERGY will be nine months old September 27. Maturing too fast. Becoming more loving but he will eat you out of house and home if every piece of food isn't locked up. Has torn into one of my shirts (On top of Dryer),one pair of wife's dungarees, and at least one or two blankets. Sleeps...

I need to apologize for my numbers in my original post, I was looking at the wrong chart when I posted, "Senior Moment". FERGY is 16 1/2" and weighs 31#. He is lanky, long, and no fat. He is muscular can jump above the outside door knobs unfortunately, runs like a deer, and never stops until...

FERGY doesn't give me many chances to take a different photo of him, Ants in his Pants lol He was still for 10 seconds so I got this one. Eight months old this past week. Hungry all the time and doesn't get fed in between meal time. Needs some more excercise but 100+ temperatures limits our...

Ron, If you have a good picture of your Sheltie or Shelties I will make you a digital painting of them

Some of you may not enjoy the photos since they are Digital Paintings. I think they are beautiful. We enjoy Laddie and FERGY so much and hope to make as many memories with them as possible.

We spend part of our day looking for throw rugs FERGY has moved for his convenience. Unfortunately we need to have him in one room but in our home that means closing all doors and he has full access to half the downstairs. He is a wonderful companion. Wife and daughter adore him and the feeling...

Fergy weighs 26 pounds, no fat, I can feel all of his ribs. He is desperate to get into the woods so we will go out in the humidity and 90 degrees CAREFULLY!!!! Photo is after he seen a vole go skittering across the stones. Checks out everything.

I love taking photographs of animals especially dogs. Most interesting is when you know they are asking, " What are you wanting me to do now?" FERGY was resting for one of his 30 second visits on the couch. I had to see what I could catch!
