Our wonderful Sheltie almost never wags his tail at us -- is this normal?
Fainly is now 3 1/2 years old. He had a rough puppyhood, having four surgeries in his first year. He's a sweet, happy guy, but pretty quiet. (My husband and I are pretty quiet also.)
