8 week old puppy, shaking head uncomfortable

He is scratching himself and floor. It just started tonight. he can't get comfortable enough to sleep

Agreed. Head shaking is a good sign for ear infection or something like it.

It could be a foxtail or some other ear problem....I agree see the vet ASAP!
