A New Breed Perhaps?

Yeah, I a couple of those. One who used to love chewing table legs and shelving and another who loves to steal the wood chips out of our faux plant, chew them up and spit them out on the floor. :smile2:
 
Olive has more of an affinity for 'fine leathers', like my shoes, gloves, etc. :lol: But lately she has been chewing on a large wicker shoe chest I have. What is it with these guys and chewing? :gaah Olive has chewed up more stuff in her one year of life than all the other shelties I have had combined. She has lots of the finest chew toys, even what I consider a very expensive piece of antler. Yet, my shoes are much more interesting.
 
Haha well every once in a while I will allow her to bring a stick inside and chew on it. I know the mess this makes, but it makes her so happy to lay there and make this mess haha. Thankfully she doesnt mess with our shoes too often. Socks on the other hand, she loves running around with trying to get us to play tug of war with her.
 
We have one of those too. I remember the first time we let her out of her crate. I came home and found pieces of wood everywhere. My heart sank thinking I would find a chewed piece of furniture. After a minute I realized we had a decorative box of kindling by the fireplace. Shelby had a great time taking pieces out and chewing them into hundreds of little pieces. They covered the floors everywhere! Needless to say we no longer have that out.
