Adding Albums/Pictures

I haven't been able to figure out how to create a new media album. And then I would want to add pictures. Is this feature just not enabled yet? Or am I missing something.. Thanks!
 
I missed a load of permission on the media gallery for the Premium Members group. Do you want to have a look around now? You should be able to add media and create galleries now.
