I only care about the Q's. : ) All of my NQ's right now are recovery from a meltdown, and not the result of handling or training issues, so I don't feel the need to keep those.
Years ago, with my second obedience dog, I received her title in the mail three days after her third and fourth (insurance) legs. I knew the AKC wasn't quite that fast. When I called, a judge had made a mistake in a judges book, and awarded a Q that we didn't earn. Since they won't challenge a judges book in that case, she really has five CD legs. Anyway, I figure that can go the other way just as easily, so I keep all the duplicate scribe sheets and a copy of the course if I have it. I keep them in a binder in those plastic sheet protectors, then when the title comes, I just slide that with the other records. I only do AKC agility, so it's not too onerous. I don't keep course times or yardages.
