Anaesthesia free dentals

Anyone had one of these for their dog?
All the local petfood stores seem to offer them, kinda like the low cost vet clinics. I do brush gavin's teeth, but the inside could use some help..

Any thought would be appreciated

Honestly, as nice as it would seem... unless someone has an extremelly laid back dog, I don't see how anyone could possibly do a thorough job without some sort of sedation. I show shelties... therefore I scale teeth... I get the front canines and premolars fairly clean. But the molars are almost impossible. Besides you do want the teeth polished ever now and then.

Sounds good, to be done without anesthesia. I wouldn't want anyone but a fully trained professional, with anesthesia, to work on my dogs' mouths. There is too much chance of contamination of equipment and too much chance of bacteria entering the blood stream.
