Anyone want my 5 month old??

Barley is turning into such a handsome boy. Not sure if you know this but Barley and Piper are brothers. Piper just started his puppy class last week and it's made the world of difference in his behaviour, I'm sure it'll help Barley. He's also listening to me better so that's good too (because he can be a real pain, especially when I want him to come in the house and he wants to run away and play catch me if you can lol), now he sits and waits for me. Keep the pictures coming, nice to see how good he looks.

Oh my gosh, of course! I remember Marilyn saying the other puppy's name was Piper! And I showed my husband the picture of Piper saying how much he looks like Barley, and didn't even put the two together! And now I just saw your intro post - sorry I missed that previously!

We'll have to get the boys together for a playdate! I'm sure they'll love that. I'd love to see Piper too - he's growing up into such a gorgeous young man!

And this stage is just the 'terrible twos' for them. I remember it with my old dog. Really, he's doing great and we absolutely adore him. Class went well and we plan on pursuing further obedience with him as well. I'd love to get his CD one day - we'll have to see how he does.

Yes that would be so much fun! Marilyn was the one that told me you'd named your pup Barley so I knew that must be him, Piper and I are out at Marilyn's at least every other week to do his ears. He keeps getting the right one out, this last time it lasted all of 5 days lol. He hates it but I'm debating showing him so I want his ears nice. I remember Barley being the largest of the litter, has he slowed down yet? Piper is probably be 14 1/2 when full grown but only 12 inches right now. I've got a really cute video of Piper running around the yard but for some reason YouTube keeps saying it's not available so I haven't bothered putting the link in.

But yeah it doesn't last super long, we have to keep redoing them. Thankfully he's getting used to us messing with his ears now.

I haven't measured Barley in a while, might do it today. I think he'll stay in size though. He's 13 lbs now. I know when we visited Marilyn he wasn't much bigger (if any) than the rest of the pups.
