Argh. House training!

You're giving her way too much freedom - too soon. She's little enough that she can stay in a small puppy x-pen anytime that she isn't being 100% supervised. It takes about 2 seconds for them to pee, so unless she has someone's full attention she needs to be in a crate. Every accident in the house increases the time it will take to fully get her trained.

Just when you think you've got their schedule figured out they go change it on you.

She is now living in the pen for sure. I don't want to have to deal with too much puppy mess.

I think we mis-judged who made the mess. She has been normal all day, no loose stools at all. It must have been one of the other animals. If she was that sick this morning could she be back to completely normal by the end of the day?

At any rate she is not going to have any freedom unless someone is with her.
