average 3 month sheltie size?

How big is an average sheltie puppy when they're three months old? Cause my puppy is only around 3 maybe 4 pounds.
 
Wellll, he is 3 months old and weighs around 3-4 lbs, kinda tiny for his age. How tall is he? At his young age he still has plenty of time to "catch up" or have a growth spurt. Feed him as much as he wants to eat :wink2:
 
That sounds a little on the skinny side to me. Has he been to the vet? I would just want to make sure that he didn't have worms, just to be safe.

The earliest measurement info I have for my girl was at 14 weeks, she was 9 lbs. and 12.5" tall. She has always been very skinny for her height.
