beating heart puppy
I am a sucker and I bought one off of amazon for about $30. The heartbeat was only so-so and the heating thing only worked once. I did, however, take it with me when I went to pick up my new puppy at 9 weeks. Rubbed it on mom and the siblings as well as breeder gave me a blanket the litter had been sleeping on. Heartbeat puppy is part of her nighttime kennel but without batteries,etc. just another toy. Covering her crate works wonders. Breeder had a trick of giving 1/2 of a bonine tablet for the car ride (ours was 4 hours plus). Miracle! Calm, quiet ride-no anxiety on being in the kennel or motion sickness.
