Best method to stop negative behaviors

What was the Fenzi course you did for dealing with arousal? I know a couple of people dealing adolescent Shelties who are thinking of a trainer but might be interested in a Fenzi course.

It’s taught by Amy Cook and is called something like Management for Reactive Dogs. It sounds really boring, but I found it incredibly helpful and actually fun. I don’t use all the techniques, but I use a lot of them and it made our outings much happier and more fun. It’s all about what to do when your dog is about to go off...ways to keep them under threshold when you are confronted with surprises. It’s supposed to be a companion class to her class on play for shy and reactive dogs.
