Book recommendation please

I just started reading it last night. It's interesting to read about the development of the breed and who the foundation dogs are.

Are the majority of the pix b/w or are they mostly in color?

The older pictures are (of course) B/W, since color film didn't exist then. I just looked through the book and there seems to be a fairly good mix of B/W and color.

Darn, maybe if I can find one in person I can see if it's worth the upgrade. After all, I already have a grate book.
