Brady and I send our thanks to Sheltie Nation for posting his picture on the front page yesterday! He is enjoying being called "poster boy"!
I did not see the Facebook feed until late yesterday afternoon and it came as a glimmer of joy on a rough day! Friday was the first anniversary of my dad's death and on Saturday I lost the first one of my first cousins after a brief and sudden battle with cancer ..such a shock - just two weeks ago he and his wife returned from a lovely 2 week vacation in Jamiaca!
I did not get to post yesterday after seeing Brady featured because I had committed to attending a very important fundraiser event for our local hospital ..at which I am proud to say $103,000 was raised and will pay for 3 incubators for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit!
It has been an emotional and busy weekend ...thanks again Sheltie Nation!
