this is probably the best Backyard dog agility day blog I read

Dev is a friend so we had lots of discussions on the topic of whether is has merit to start teaching agility with speed as main criteria first as Silvia Trkman teaches
I am still not fully convinced that I would like to start learning my driving on Maserati instead of the good ole something but as we go through running DW learning it does seems like it is two different skills. I might get hits just about 100% on lower speed and when we running full out is like my dogs never seen DW before...
So dogs that get bars down at trials but not at practice might need to go back to going around wings with no bars but at amazing speed first...
I did rewatch recently Ready Steady Go DVD by Silvia Trkman, what an inspirational DVD!
