Bummer, forced agility break (nothing serious)

Okay, 6:30am is just WRONG!!! To get up at 4:30? Just cruel. LOL. How do you do it? I hope you're a morning person by nature.

Per day sure adds up fast, doesn't it?
Definitely not a morning person, I also am done at 12:30 every day, so that means I have the afternoons to take lessons or go to classes. I only work part-time, but my boss keeps asking if I want to go full-time, so far I'm getting away with saying, 'NO'.

As for taking a break, I think it can be beneficial. We took a mini-break from trialing after New Years. Having this time to concentrate on solidifying our contacts and improving my handling without thinking about trialing has been great. I feel much more hopeful that we have a chance to finish our Novice Standard and Open JWW titles soon. I also feel more confident that we're ready for the next level, as well. It's always a work in progress, but I find that thinking about trialing can be a distraction when we're having training challenges.

Finances changed in general. I broke up with my now ex who I had been with for nearly 10 years, so money became really tight, as I went from a two income household to one. I'm only able to go back now, as I have picked up a side job to make an extra $200 a week so I can go back to trialing.

Oh so very true!

Well, okay, getting off of work at 12:30 is nice. :) I could only wish. Granted I wouldn't want to start at 6:30 though. I'd love to work 10-2. :)

Sorry about the break up, but totally understand. And you got a side job to trial? Now that's dedication.
