Can't get a profile pic to appear

Hi--

Every time I try to get a profile picture up, I get a "failed" message. Do you know why this might be happening?

Profile pictures (avatars) are a feature available only to premium members. The details are here: http://www.sheltieforums.com/showthread.php?t=2
