So circling the wagons is the only thing I could come up with to describe what Brie does. When I am outside in the yard Brie does not just follow me, instead she continuously goes in circles around me while I move forward. She does an amazing job of it because I do not have to adjust my pace to keep from bumping into her. She keeps just enough distance to not hinder my progress, but she doesn't stop until I do.
Does anyone else have a sheltie that does this? I'm not sure if she is hoping I will play soccer or if she is just keeping tabs on me. She usually barks for soccer but does the circling quietly. It seems funny so I was curious as to whether it's a sheltie trait or a Brie thing!
