I've just started with crate games with Pip, we spent a good while on it making sure we got all of the stages (up to stage 3 yer out, yer in) and have stumbled upon a problem I was wondering if anyone could help.
He won't come out of the crate on the "Ok" command. I have a feeling I've just thought of the SG based answer that I have to wait until he does but why would he the crate is high value and he gets super treats in there (he's got a nice comfy crate to lie in while I'm standing up so might have to get a chair). Is this the right fix or can you think of anything that would fit into the in crate high value, out of crate not so high value aspect of this game that would help me with this.
Another question, does this have to take an hour each time I'm training or just the first one then I can do a few repeats of opening the door, putting lead on etc and move to yer out, yer in quite quickly say in a 10minute session?
