Please make sure your dogs aren't too tired when you think oh let's just work on sit pretty for a minute

We were on our way to get some stuff outta the storage area last night, when I thought oh good idea to try and generalize this new trick... sit pretty...

However, I had forgot that he'd had a super busy day agility training and playing all out with a new buddy a smooth Collie and his BFF Sheltie Pinto... while Toffee was locked in the car, I was waiting for CAA to open my car door for me since I locked myself and Spruce outta the car...:rolleyes2: at the place outside town lolll. Seriously, sometimes I dunno what is wrong with me, lol

 Awww, poor Spruce! Reminds me of when I was teaching F-kap to 'beg' in his younger days (the boys 'beg', the girls 'sit pretty'). We had been playing ball all day and he fell completely BACKWARDS! Luckily it was fall and he landed in a pile of leaves.:rolleyes2:

Cute punkin!
Generally I offer either support between my legs or wall corner till they learn to sit up and wait for release word. Che is a pro but Leo still figuring out how his tail functions as tripod:biggrin2:

lol, cute
No, he can do it, very well now. He can definitely do it and hold it, he's just usually a tad over exhuberant, and this was a fluke he's NEVERRRR fallen over, lol
He's a goofy kinda dog :D

Ah dude, I was teaching this to Jet and 50% of the time he just wobbled over.

I'm finding it difficult to teach it to Cosmo, not that he doesn't try, it's just he's not able to be very gentle lol.
