Diva returns

I am so happy. Diva is back and we went to agility for the first time in 4 months. I missed running that little dog. She's a blast.

Funny I struggled with her in the beginning of our training and I just didn't know what to do with her. We weren't on the same page, heck we weren't even reading the same book. But last night she and I were a real team and she listened so well. Any mistakes she made I caused. She isn't even back in shape and she ran as fast as she ever has. I am so excited for the future and can't wait to get her back out trialling.

Ember is fun to run too don't get me wrong. She is safe, steady and doesn't make mistakes but she makes me work to keep her going. I feel like I am pushing her around the course. With Diva, I feel like I am hanging on for dear life and it is quite the rush!:smile2:

It is like driving a sedan vs a sport car. I really prefer the sports car. The problem being with the sports car if you lose concentration for even a second, you spin out or crash. I am still learning to drive but I'll get there.:smile2:

Sometimes a break is just what they need to get them revved up! I'm sure she was super excited to go to class :)

she's aptly named.. Ember's burn if ou stoke em long enough, lol
She probably was wondering when she was getting to have some with you one on one again, when she can let her fire free, lol

Yay!! It's Diva and Mom time again. I bet she absolutely loved it!!!

I know with Koji, breaks are a good thing. We're awesome after a break.

Yay, Diva! I loved the car analogy. In that vein, Asta is maybe a Mustang and Ally, well, she's a tractor!!!

Both of mine are more into it after a break, as well. Have fun!

Glad to hear she enjoyed herself. I guess having pups hanging on you all day is just like being a couped up housewife. When you finally get out it is time to let the hair down and go wild. :eek2::biggrin2:

Sounds like working with Cosmo & Storm , I know the feeling well,
it's murder switching between the bulavard crusier and the sprint Cup Car, now if I could only get the sprint cup car to to handle like the crusier we would be laughing all the way to the regionals.

Glad She's have fun again

You'll get there.:smile2:

Diva is 3 yrs old and we are finally on the same page.:biggrin2: I did obedience with her(got her CDX) and just let her grow up some and she is a different dog then the 1yr that used to drive me crazy. I dare say she has made me a better handler too. I am not fast nor all that agile myself but I think we could go far down the road.
