...I applaud a company that voluntarily announces a recall. I think we should try not to be so sceptical and bashing when they do it as NOTHING is exempt from problems - even raw feeding. One of the reasons that companies try not to come out is that they are damned if they do and damned if they don't. At least if they do, we have the opportunity to do something before it gets bad and, depending how we, the consumer, responds we can encourage more honesty.
I totally agree. Perhaps Iams & Eukanuba are not better brands of pet foods (I say this from stuff I've read, not from personal experience). Some credit should be given to the company for announcing the recall and producing supporting info.
