Found strange red spots on my new pup?

Hi everyone, my Sheltie pup is 10 wks old today and has her 2nd injections on Tuesday she will be able to go walkies after another week.
But yesterday i found a few red spot marks on her belly near her privates! She also has a pussy yellow spot that looks ready burst. and may become like the other two red spots. Ive been looking these up on google and some people have said wet grass allergies, food allergies. etc. has anyone else come across these.
If so please can you let me know what your experience is with them. Please help me identify the problem. She is very well in her self and these spots don't seem to be bothering her at all. so not itchy!
Obviously i will ask my vet on Tuesday if they don't get any worse, but in the mean time i am keeping her tummy clean using fragrance free baby wipes.

The pussy yellow spot, ready to burst, sounds like a possible infection.

Can you, possibly, bring her in for the vet to check her skin before Tuesday?

If it is a skin infection, maybe it will have to be cleared up before she can get her 2 injections. She might have to go on an anti-biotic. Our Mally did, when he had a skin infection.

My Olive, who is about 5.5 months, had the same thing. I was horrified when the vet pointed it out--how could I have missed it?! But, the vet said it was a minor staph infection and said to wash her belly every day with baby wipes, and it should go away in about a week. Otherwise, bring her back in. Well, in about 4 days, it was gone! So, i suggest trying the baby wipes first, based on my experience.

Milli ( 6 months old) , has the exact same thing now. Its just a minor infection. Our vet said to keep the area clean. He also said if you're going to use baby wipes or any kind wet cloth you should make sure to dry the area 100% after wiping.

Oh and If it doesnt go away you will need antibiotics. Milli just finished a small round of antibiotics. Its almost completely clear now.

Crystal seems to be alot better this morning, I have been keeping her clean with baby wipes twice a day but didn't dry her off (i will from now on) But anyway the pussy spot has burst and gone dry and crusty like the other two but they are not red anymore and seem very much faded today. so i will keep on with the cleaning. It has been very wet over the last week and she is running around the grass every day. so i assume she has probably rubbed her belly on wet grass etc. i will let you know what the vet says tomorrow morning and i did wonder if she would not be able to have her jabs because of this . so fingers crossed it will look even better by then.
