I don't groom the dogs but my mum says the best thing in the world for matted hair is Talc. Pippa is a tri so she will look utterly ridiculous but if you really get it in there, it really helps. Tris are prone to matted hair around the ears, though they have nothing on blues. Our blue can matt his hair in a matter of seconds!
