My wife and I just joined - we have an 8 year old sable / white Sheltie and are bringing in an 8 week old Sheltie tri-color in mid-April. All advice on bringing the pup into the fold while making our 8 year old boy continue to feel the love is welcomed!
 
Welcome to the forums! I'm in the Detroit metro area, too, the northwest 'burbs. So glad it looks like spring is finally here... do you have any favorite walks? As soon as most of the mud is drier, we're going to head over to Kensington.
