Hanna Mondays - Week 30

This week's first photo is of Hanna with Dexter my friend's 5 year old toy poodle. He weighs 7 pounds and while she is almost twice as big, it does give you an idea of her relative size. They got on really well - lots of tail wagging & playing, so long as Dexter's mom did not pay any attention to Hanna. Then he was all growly :razz:

We have a pic of her practising "leave it" with a piece of dried liver. She is very good at this game. I can load up her paws and she will not touch them until I feed them to her one by one.

The next is of her new lambchop toy which she loves. It's pretty big and has squeekers in all teh paws and belly.

In the side shot you can see how her fur is starting to darken ( especially on the right side).

Thank you, we think she's beautiful but there's an obvious bias :wink2:

We just moved into our retirement home this past July and the floors are one of the decisions I am happiest about. They caused a 3 week construction delay but I would not change my mind even when the builder offered to substitute more expensive flooring. They are antique oak (Laurentian Hardwoods in Glasgow grey) and they are so easy to maintain. The finish is not shiny and is really dog friendly - I honestly only wash them about once a month with ocassional spot cleaning and they look good all the time.
