Has anyone had experience using a "Happy Hoodie"?

One of my dogs is sensitive to noise, and I want to start bathing and drying her myself, so I thought this might be good for her.
Thought it might be useful for other things too, the description mentions thunderstorms, fireworks, the vacuum, etc.
