So experiment one during lunch break today:
She heeled off and on for about 5 minutes. I had to constantly grab her attention. I used watch me and she did look and then heel, however once she got the treat she fell out of heal pretty fast. I would then correct her. After the 5 minutes, I got a phone call.... had to take it because my daughter is sick and at her dads house. I let her just do some loose leash walking and correcting as best as I could while on the phone. After the call, I tried to get her attention and to heel and she ignored the treats and me....

- but I would choose 2 x 2½ minutes - you can not talk on the phone and educate Cleo at the same time, it can only go wrong - when you want to educate Cleo then you must be 100% - if you can not be this - please do not. 
and not constantly demanding something from her - give her the time she needs.
