Hello I have a 6 month old sheltie named Sabre that has been extremely heathly since we got him in August. About a month ago he went through a half hour period were he couldn't walk on our kitchen floor and his front legs would give out and hed faceplant, then get up and act all weird. After he would get up he would try to sit and his back right legs would give out. Then after like 2 minutes he was fine... It just happened again but this time it was a little longer and it seemed as if he was acting all loopy as if he didn't know what was going on but he knew where he was.
Sorry if this was posted in the wrong section but figured I would say hello and post a question at the same time..
Thanks
Derek

It would be a good idea to call your Vet and explain what has happened with Sabre and ask his/her advice. Even if Sabre does have canine epilepsy, there are many things you can do so the pup can have a long and happy life!
hope you get Sabre's problem figured out.
