Hey, Everyone.
Joined this group to find help getting and raising a new Sheltie. I'm also considering getting into obedience. I've had experience with all types of breeds from Rottweilers to Chihuahuas, and I love Shelties the best! Sadly, i just lost my latest Sheltie last week as my sweet Misha passed away at 8 years old. I've owned 2 others in the past and am looking forward to getting another one. I live in farm country in the middle of Wisconsin with my lovely wife and six darling children. This is the first time in MY LIFE that I don't have a dog in my house. I'm researching reputable breeders and pedigrees looking for my next family member. I look forward to meeting y'all. --Preacher
 
Welcome! Sorry to hear about your Misha. I'm waiting on my first Sheltie too, finally found a breeder and waiting for a litter to grow up! Good luck on your research, haha, it's a lot of work but it'll be worth it in the end :)

Welcome. We lost our beloved 13 year old Sable Merle in June. We still have our 8 year old tri-colored but the search for the next one is always challenging.
