Well, we're on day 6 of treatment and it appears to have worked.
Looks like the normal Rx is for 3-5 days with Fenbendazole, so the extra day should help with any stragglers.
His poop is look good, and the farting has tapered off considerably.
Apparently excessive flatulence is a sign of Giardia.
Wikipedia: Dogs have a high infection rate, as 30% of the population under one year old are known to be infected in kennels.
