Kaleigh did the coyote ugly stage, but Savannah kept the unruly puppy fuzz, until we moved here. It being so COLD, they coated up so fast it wasn't funny. That was Thanksgiving, now they are blowing it because the days are warming and they have lots of doggy down they don't need. I think it is an age, gene pool and climate deal. My former girls grew lots of fur, but not like what my girls did this winter, but it was (-) temps with snow, and they needed insulation.
