Hi everyone

Thanks for the pictures and welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy your time here and find some useful information and get the support you need. I also hope that you have a much better 2011.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.:smile2: Oliver and Sophie look gorgeous! I had a year like that in 2009 when Revel had acute severe prostatitis and Yogi had a lump on his leg, so I know what it is like when things all seem to happen at once. Hopefully 2011 will be a better year for you.

Thanks again everyone! They do for sure have gorgeous coats, we've always been blessed in that sense. I forgot to mention that Oliver had a one-off stroke the beginning of last year and fortunately it has never recurred. I am quite happy with this result.

I was reading the old dog's forum and had some pretty red eyes last night, it's quite sad but it's great to have such support on here.

Will be talking with you on the forums!

Welcome to the Forums from the Maritimes!

I think that injury sounds what Justicemom's had to put up with but she recovered pretty well, but had a bit of small complications too along the way.

If nothing else we certainly understand when people have to take a sick day cuz the dog is sick, and so on and so forth..,
Your pups are very good looking!

Feel free to start any threads under their proper heading titles if you would like some support with your Shelties!

Welcome to the Nation. Your pups are lovely - I really liked Oliver's Fluffpup photo in the hallway. I'm sorry that you have had such a bad year in 2010, but hope 2011 will make up for it. Good luck. No advice, but to say that our Jess (Collie X) had her crusciate ligament replaced at 10 years and went on to recover and lived a really active life on crondroitin and glucosamine until she was 16 - so again good luck.

Thanks again for the out-pouring of support and welcomes! I am going to start a thread tonight about Sophie, she seems to be having some complications which I fear are related to her cruciate repair.

Talk with you all soon! :)
