Anyone know anything about Honest Kitchen dog food? They are dried, but not processed like kibble. You rehydrate with water before feeding. I don't think they are meant to be a sole diet, but I was thinking about supplementing with them.

Also tried

I tried it with Tasha and Kia and neither one liked it. I ended up throwing the remainder of the bag away. If you wish to try it see if they will sell you just a few to see if your pupper likes it.:wink2:

They gave me a sample to try before I actually opened the box, so I could return it if he didn't like it. He did, though. Liked it a lot, actually. At first he was kind of like, "What's THIS? Do I eat it?" It took a couple licks for him to get used to it, and then he licked it clean and wanted more. I got the "Thrive" one.

I plan to use it as a supplement, mostly for variety. I just don't go for this nonsense that dogs can eat the same thing every day and not become bored with it. From the reading I've been doing, it sounds like a lot of people are abandoning that myth.

That could be true if your dog goes off his feed. Not an issue in my house. Pups scarf their food everytime. Boredom is apparently not an issue.

I personally prefer to stick with a food that works - avoids nasty changes in bowel functions. I can pretty much pinpoint my boys toilet habits....now if only I could get them on the same schedule?!:biggrin2:
