Visited the vet and everything came out clear, which was relieving. The vet said sometimes with adopted dogs, once they become very comfortable in their new homes you can sometimes see lapses in their housebreaking training, and just have to simply take a few steps back. So we've just been extra vigilant with lots of rewards, so far no more accidents
