How weird is this...

So about a month ago I came home to find that my dog chewed up an underwear I accidentally left on the floor (I know, gross). The piece of clothing was in such disarray that I just threw it away and wasn't too concerned about it. Now a few days ago I woke up at 6 in the morning to the sound of him coughing something up, and it looked like he coughed up a hairball. I proceeded to clean up the nasty little gift, and lo and behold, it was the missing chunk of the very underwear he ate a month ago! Mind you, he's been eating normally for the past month with no issues whatsoever. How long can something possibly just "hang out" in a dogs stomach without getting stuck somewhere?? I am dumbfounded.

wow that is weird.. Honestly that is a good question though.. how long can something hang out in a dogs stomach.. craziness:confused2:

I'm dying here!!!

That is funny !! I don't know how it stayed in the dogs stomach for a month without causing any problems. I guess it just acted like a cheese cloth and strained things going down into the stomach !!:lol:
Just glad that there was no health issue and it ended up as a great chuckle.

My buddy's Lab ate his gf's bra. My buddy was like 18 at the time and his mom didn't know he had had his gf over, so he took the dog to his poop place until the bra came out. Took only a couple of days tho.

Apparently, he could've cleaned it up and reused it.

He didn't.

oh wow. I had a sheltie who chewed the coban bandage off her leg after she had dental work. Two weeks after she ate the bandage she passed from a blockage which developed into pancreatitis. I am glad your baby managed to be ok and coughed that nasty up.
