Ida Red, why does your breath smell so bad? Oh... yah.

We fed Shelby pineapple and either that worked or she outgrew it. I think it was the pineapple b/c when she would sniff her poo she would turn her head away.

Now if only I could her to stop eating the rabbit poo and the neighbors cat poo:ick Vet tells me it is a lost cause to even try.
 
Honey got really bad with eating it right after we moved out of the apartment around age 1, it might have been because she now had a fenced in yard that had another dogs smell all over it...

She finally broke the habit by eating way to much and puking it all up....right on my new mother-in-laws good couch :uhoh:....a fact which I have never told anyone in the family!! Quickly cleaned it up, said a quick thank you to the universe that no one else was home and lectured Honey for about an hour!
 
Laddie use to gobble his down almost after it came out, it was a race to see who would get there first. Now, he is not as bad, but, for some reason, when I am out picking them up, if he happens to do one, he will try to eat it. I have read somewhere that they are lacking something in the diet as well, but mercy, what could it be??
 
What you want are Coprophagia deterrent tablets, to stop him/her initially.

Also, I believe I read somewhere that when dogs vomit, either intentionally or unintenionally, they have the ability to remember what it was they ate last and will often avoid that in the future.

Boots will occassionally pick at cat poop or foxes, and is always trying to sneak in a pick at the chickens poop. I may have to try the product mentioned, even though he's not that bad about it.
