Interactive Food Bowl.

I'm always looking for new toys to keep Vash busy. He's smart but lazy (I.E. if he gets frustrated with a toy he'll whimper till I give him a treat or something)

I spotted this toy on activetdogtoys.com http://www.activedogtoys.com/Aikiou_Food_Bowl.html

Granted it's plastic but it's similar to some other toys I've seen but alot more expandable I'd say.

I've seen those before.

Maybe for a dog that eats too fast it might be great. It would take Fluffy 24 years to finish a meal with that bowl. She savors every morsel. I'd be old by the time she finished eating breakfast! :eek2:

Keely loves to eat. So to give her something to do when we are busy or not home, we put her dry kibble in this Giggle Treat Ball. She loves it! She pushes it around and a piece of kibble comes out and she then gets to eat it. It giggles which is good because if you are in the other room you can hear it and you will know when she is "eating" and when she is not.

You must try it! Sometimes Keely is too busy to eat. So this works great. We also have the blue treat cube. I hate that one. It is too difficult to open and close. Chekc this one out though:

Sca has an interactive food bowl once emptied of food and water he sticks his foot in and slides it around the kitchen until magically it gets full of water again.

Oh and don't mistake clever for lazy.... you are the toy :wink2:

I think this would put Indy into an frenzy! Sheltie-straight jacket time! But it would be fun to catch on video....although I expect the SPCA would come after me with the squeals of frustration....or the SUBU!

I think Bacca would just roll his eyes and say "you want me to do what??". Then walk away and sulk until I relented and brought his bowl to him, groveling the whole way!:o

yeah, same principle as Nina Ottoson toys. Che has few of hers and I sometimes give Che kibble in it. He is good, it does not take more than couple minutes to empty tornado one and few seconds for easy ones. He has a pyramid which
he loves and buster cube which he smashed with his paw.
Since he is not fed with kibble it is a pity I can't put his raw meat there :smile2:
