Here are the video's from last weeks run, I notice too late I had the wrong year LOL.

anyway's after looking at them I am amazed that we were only over by 5 seconds on the jumpers run should have been more like 10

he is perking up a little bit and has shed a pound over the last 4 months, only 2 and a half more lbs to go :wink2:
You can definately see how much he slow up in the tunnels, we spent 2hrs friday night doing tunnel drills, I don't think he ever wants to see another tunnel after that.

anyway here the pokey Man:

Awww. He's so cute to watch run though, slow or not. Looked like he was picking up some speed halfway through the Jumpers course. :) Maybe because there were no more tunnels? And the tunnels looked great!

I thought it was perfect! Our two Shelties are just beginning to learn how to use the equipment. I can't wait till we're far enough along to post a video of their first run. Keep em coming!

that's really awesome! looks like he came a long way in the speed department, also shows he'd do ANYTHING for ya! so cute he comes out of the tunnel seeing the judge, wants to say hi, then thinks oh crap, I got more work to do, lol, let me run up to Dad instead of socializing, lol

it's a drive issue, with his speed. Sometimes that light goes on later for some, lol My friend's broken Border collie is like that... we joke and call her broken, not cuz she is deaf but cause she is pure Border Collie with hardly any drive, lol
She has been doing this almost 5 years and the dog is just now coming into her own :D

Well That's what I can always hope for anyway, Canadian Champ Jess Martin's Mikki is related to Cosmo and bought from the same breeder. When talking with her she said he didn't start performing well till he was almost 4, then just went bonkers & at 11 years took a national title, so I suppose there is alway's a glimmer of hope as he just turned 3.

I cant complain Cosmo is an honest dog learns quickly and does his best to please and I suppose that's all you can ask for, and as my wife says is he is probably just what I needed to get started in this sport.
