One of Luke's pads looks odd.itd Browning out and I clipped at it

Are shetie prone to fungus? Also he's scratching and chewing himself all over.iin one spot he's made a scab??? I know he doesn't have fleas. He's on nexgard
And I have checked him all over.no flea eggs I now have him on homeopathic flea prevention just in case. Anyone else ever have your furbabies have anything like this going on? He's pulling his own fur out? Allergy,??
