It depends on your dog's lines.
Mine kept growing until she was a year old. She really slowed down after 8 months. There were no drastic growth spurts, but at a little over 11 months old she did grow 1/2 an inch.

Randi is right...totally depends.
We got Bentley at 7 months and he really didn't get much taller, just filled out.
But, Lexi grew an inch and a half and gained 3 lbs. from 6 months to 8 months.
After that she grew maybe another 1/2 inch.
