Wonder if it wasn't necessarily discomfort from the spay, but maybe nausea? Maybe the sight of her bowl/smell of food made her feel a little sick. Just a thought.
Glad to hear she's doing so well
I don't know.I know I checked her alot that first night,we kept her close to us in the bedroom for the first 3 nights. Never a day she ran a temp, nor showed signs of belly upset. She has eaten with gusto since she came home.Just those few times,we noticed the burrowing. Altho she is a digger, like I have never seen outside.
She would pull anything she could pull to get it buried. As for Trapp & Jasper, they are'nt near her when she spins,as she only does in in her x-pen,thats the only time.(fast spinning to the point of making herself dizzy) I am leaning towards a behavioral issue with her on this. She stops if we touch her,or redirect her.
Any other spin,is only a turn once,I think it is her navigation system.I really do.She seems to have her steps down pat,as to how far,and how she spins,to go in the right direction. One would have to see it,to know what I am talking about.
It is not a panic spin,it's slow & methodical, she spins, looks up and goes about her way.
