Hi everybody :). I am in the process of researching Shelties because we are thinking about adding one to our pack. Everything I read seems like they would be a good fit for us. We have 3 children (11,10 & 8) and 3 dogs (2 Havanese and an English Springer Spaniel). It seems like my biggest challenge will be finding a local breeder. I contacted one person who had puppies available, but she was sending them home at 5 weeks...yikes! Passed on that one and continuing the search. I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys and learning more about the breed.

Welcome from Ontario Canada. I have three Shelties, a sable girl, a tri boy and a tri girl.

Mine love the great-nieces and nephews who come to visit.

Hope you find a breeder soon. If not, look at the Sheltie rescues.
