I look forward to sharing anything Sheltie with everyone. My 13 year old female rescue has had very serious liver, kidney and pancreas issues over the last 45 days. She may have Cushing disease which 2 of my previous Shelties had. She will not eat so we had to put her on a feeding tube in hopes that as she gets well, she will eat on her own. She has eaten a little dry kibble over the past week. Any suggestions?

I am so sorry that your dog is having so many issues right now. It must be hard to go through this.

Maybe you can make a thread in the disease/illness section of our forum to see if you can get some help with your questions. Some people may not see your questions here.

Welcome to the forums.

I'm not that informed on illness, but I'm sure there is a handful of people willing to help. Is Cushing disease common in shelties? You said that your other shelties had it too. I hope she get better quickly.

We'd love to see pictures of her too.

I am also new to the forum. I didn't realize a dog could get cushings disease.
