New Training Toy!

After several months, and several people telling me I should get one.. I broke down and bough a MannersMinder. I ordered it off Amazon because it was a bit cheaper and it was Prime eligible. It gets here today! I've been watching some videos and it looks like there is an endless amount of things you can use it for. My main reason for buying it is for agility and teaching weaves and possibly contacts. We're kinda in a rut in both those areas.

For those that have a MannersMinder (or something similar), what do you use it for? Are there some do's and don'ts with it? I am a little concerned that Missy will be afraid of it (the noise of the food dispensing mostly), but chances are she's going to be like, "yay food!" and not care.

Our trainer just bought an Ian Dunbar auto trainer of some sort... possibly a similar thing. She uses it because her dog barks at their new kitten and when they are away wanted something to address that. She says it's not perfect but does seem to be working.
