Noisy doggy door

I love the freedom my dogs now have since installing the doggy door. They can come and go as they please, something which they seem to do a little too well in the mornings! I swear they dash in and out on purpose every morning to wake us up so we get their breakfast nice and early. In out, in out, in out... I'm worried it wakes the neighbours it's so noisy! I thought I could probably just take the magnets out and let the flap swing freely so no noise would be made but that would be real drafty in the winter Any ideas?

I had to silence ours, the constant banging was driving me crazy! I bought the door from Home Depot. It had the dog door already installed. It says Ideal pet products in the middle of the clear flap. With this one theres a plastic bar that was the source of the noise. The magnet is in it and it moves up and down. I found some thin foam and wedged the bar up. Blessed quiet!
