Okay, I know, bad advice, but Deska has been undoing shoelaces since he worked out how as a pup and no amount of training has helped. I was told by a behaviourist to stand still and ignore him as it is an attention seeking behaviour - but of course that just made me an easier target for undoing the other shoe!
I tried soaking my shoelaces in lemon juice, bitter spray, many leave its and go aways, growling, snarling and screaming.
Now I just double tie my shoelaces.
PS - for a pup you could try the distraction method - swapping your shoelaces for something else to chew.
