Opinions on Nutri-Source & Fromm dog food

www.frommfamily.com

I wasnt going to respond to this thread only because I am in no position to tell anyone what to feed their pups... since I have just recently went thru the same "" UGHHH soo many choices.. i dont know what to feed" ordeal. but since my name was brought up I shall give you my opinion.:biggrin2:

yep I feed FROMM..my pet and i love it. check out their website... they make it in small batches(they order ingredients as needed to maintain freshness)... deboned chicken by hand fresh local fruits, veggies and meats.. I was really impressed by their entire process. NO ETHO or chemicals... no corn...gluten or by products or soy... ..the website will tell you all you need to know or you can call or email them. I emailed them 3 times and i got a response each time.

There is only one grain free option.. (if you are a grain free person .. you may want to look elsewhere). After many threads and lots of research on my own .. FROMM is what I chose for my pup. I chose FROMM because the rep told me they use ingredients that are store bought.. (the same meats..fruits and veggies that you and I get at the grocery store).

I emailed them ... and they sent me coupons.. i talked with a rep for a half hour about their processes and beliefs.

Just an FYI: I am not telling you to feed FROMM.... i am just giving my opinion and experience with them.

SO far my Snickers had the Chicken A La Veg and the Salmon...he loves it... I even use it as reward treats.

ON the dog food review sites (which mean nothing to me) FROMM is 5 stars and Nutri-Source is 3 ( i think)

I would recommend if you do chose FROMM.... the 4 star product line (they have 3 different kinds) the 4 star seems to be the highest quality. http://dogs.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Fromm_Dog_Food

I encourage you to go to both sites and check them out and make an informed decision on your own.:yes:

Youve probably already picked your food, but I have fed NutriSource...

When Kylee was pregnant, we went through numberous brands and flavors of food. It either wouldnt agree with her, or she refused to eat it (she always has been an extremely picky Sheltie)...

Finally, I came upon NutriSource (puppy of course, she was PG), and I opened it, poured some in her dish and she devoured it. We didnt get a transition period b/c she would leave the old kibbles in her dish, or on the floor in her crate.

It was available, seemingly good ingredients, and she ate it - it was a win for us :)
